My Broker was very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed working with him. I really loved my Broker/Realtor Team. Thomas and Petra Drouin are such nice and thoughtful people. I really trusted them to handle the house sale. It was a really stressful time in general for me and they put my mind at ease with the sale of my house.

Tom did an awesome job! This was a difficult sale due to many factors. Tom worked through each obstacle and stayed very professional the entire time. Tom really went above and beyond to market my property and he came through. Both he and his wife Petra worked hard to assist me on a closing that had many parts and pieces. Thanks to Tom, I was able to sell my property in Colorado and I never had to leave my state of Oklahoma. Tom was always willing to contact the necessary parties for me in order to insure a timely closing. We are living in a home we love in a great neighborhood thanks to Tom Drouin. He would check in with our builder to see when they were releasing lots in the area we wanted. His persistence on our behalf enabled us to get first choice in the new area. We couldn't be happier!

I can only say to anyone who wants to sell or buy a house to use Tom and Petra. They have a deep understanding of the real estate business and a real joy in the work they do as well as a compassionate understanding and a true desire to serve their clients to the best of their ability. It was a joy to work with them. I particularly liked the extensive research and write up that was done prior to listing my property. I have already recommended them to others and my daughter will be listing her home with them later this summer.

While this was our first time going through the home buying process, we could tell very early on that Tom was not your typical realtor/broker. Tom's knowledge of home building and renovation allowed us to receive trusted perspectives and knowledge that we do not believe is typical for most going through the home buying process. During home viewings Tom was able to point out details of homes and provided advice that became critical to our home buying process and decision making. We found his guidance to be absolutely invaluable in this respect.

On top of his incredible knowledge, Tom is a great communicator, very professional and incredibly respectful. We can say with confidence that Tom's personable style and communication skills played a huge part in being able to get us under contract on our home. Tom and Petra were fantastic to work with! They were so understanding of our needs as first time home buyers. They kept a positive attitude throughout the whole process which helped us do the same. I highly recommend, especially if you qualify for homes for heroes! They were truly wonderful.

As soon I decided and was pre-approved for my first home loan, I knew that I needed an agent that was knowledgeable and understood where I was coming from. So when I spoke with Thomas Drouin, I noticed that he was very attentive, asked the right questions. It amazed me that he was extremely knowledgeable, whether it was financing options, areas we were looking or Veteran topics. He explained everything thoroughly. He was everything I was looking for. I considered other agents before while I was shopping around, but none of them gave me what I needed. None had what Tom had. There was no discussion. I decided on Thomas Drouin.

In fact, after I closed on the house, the finance company told me to make sure I thank Tom because he negotiated an awesome deal in my favor. Even the finance company acknowledged this and they wanted to make sure he got the credit and praise for it. I wholeheartedly agreed.

I cannot reiterate enough that Tom was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and knew the areas so well. He educated me.

I need to say this again, Tom was an excellent agent and very easy to work with. He was friendly, approachable and always willing to lend a hand. He even let me know about an organization that help Veterans, First Responders, Firefighters and others in the medical field. Excellent says it all

Thomas Drouin was ready to go from the start. He listened to my requests and had so many options ready for us. We had one weekend to pick a house as we are moving from Iowa to Colorado! He found us our house on day one, called the builder and scheduled a walk through. He responded to me right away and always went above and beyond to help. His wife, Petra, was amazing also! He would be the only person I would cAll in the future if needed also!! We are so thankful and appreciative of Thomas Drouin!
